Southern Fried Chick'n

 I've posted this before, but used a Gardein Chick'n Scallopini. These chick'n filets are awesome and fry up a bit better than the scallopini.

Ingredients:
- Gardein Chick'n Filets
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp of ground pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Mix flour, pepper, salt, & paprika and coat the four chick'n filets. Fry the chick'n in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with some southern approved vegetables, I chose some green beans & homemade mashed taters. Yee-haw!
