Chuy's Veg Options

I'm so happy to be back in Texas for some Tex-mex! Chuy's has a good amount of vegetarian options, and from talking to the wait staff their veggie enchiladas are vegan when ordered without cheese. I love this place and they have a location by my work and by my home.

    Chuy's is vegan paradise. My wife and I go to the Nashville location at least twice a week. Veggie enchiladas and beans are incredible, and the chips... don't even get me started.
